No hidden fees. You pay us your monthly subscription for the software. That’s it.
When you process a credit card, you will still pay a standard fee to the payment processor, like Stripe or PayPal. We don’t add anything on top of their fee. We just make it easier to manage everything.
Honestly, how hard is this to set up?
Honestly, you can create an account and send your first real invoice in about 15 minutes. The basic stuff is very fast. Learning the more advanced features, like creating detailed payment page templates, takes a little more time. But we’ve designed it to be intuitive.
I use QuickBooks. Do I have to switch to Xero?
No, you absolutely do not. ePayUs works perfectly as a standalone platform. This means you can use it to handle all your payment and invoicing activities, and then continue to use QuickBooks for your core accounting. The Xero integration is just an option for people who want a completely automated, end-to-end data sync.
How do I know my business and customer data is safe?
We take security extremely seriously. All your data is protected with bank-level encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; that is handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners (like Stripe). This is the industry-standard way to ensure the highest level of security.
